These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of melthelifecoach.com and the coaching, training, speaking, and digital products offered by Heal with Zeal, LLC (“Mel The Life Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

Coaching is not therapy or medical care

Coaching supports personal growth, wellbeing, and goal-setting. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, or mental-health treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact a licensed professional, call your local emergency number, or in the U.S. call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Sessions, bookings & payments

Specific services, fees, packages, session lengths, cancellation windows, and refund terms are confirmed at the time of booking and form part of these Terms. Payment is due as agreed. Unless otherwise stated in writing, sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled without adequate notice, or missed, may be charged.

Digital products & downloads

Workbooks, meditations, and other digital products are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. Because they are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, sales are generally final unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and wellbeing. Coaching works best when you participate honestly and take ownership of your decisions. You agree to provide accurate information and to seek appropriate professional care for medical, psychological, legal, or financial matters.

No guarantee of results

Every person’s journey is different. While we bring care, experience, and commitment to our work, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including writing, images, meditations, workbooks, the book Sea Pearl, and other materials, is owned by Heal with Zeal, LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute it without our written consent.

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship in the way that some licensed professional relationships are.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heal with Zeal, LLC and Melina Sardar are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, our services, or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service or product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in California.
